It's Franjinhas !

Another strange Feira da Ladra find... This one looked first like it was made out of rubber, but apparently it is a ceramic figurine... no markings.

Can someone help identify the maker / date ?

    Don't know the maker, but it's Dougal from The Magic Roundabout (BBC), probably from the '70s.
