It's the love-child of the Dillon Beck futurecar and Noddy's runabout!

Well, it's much larger than the Dillon Beck car... and I think older... so maybe the streamlined daddy of all other bubbletops ? As for Noddy, oh yes ! Definitely ! I can see him driving that thing !
