These little sets from the 70ies date back to a time when moonwalks were still shown on the television sets around the world each night. Then the Apollo missions ended... and a lot of the magic too.
These are stunning Geoff! I've never seen this type of backing card before and its clear that Imperial Toys chose this range to knockoff when it came up with Apollo Moon Exploring in 1970. Imperial also pinched vehicles from Multiple Toymakers'/ Triang's Golden Astronaut/ SpaceX range for their Apollo Moon Exploring range. Have you any more of the LP carded sets you show here?
