Well, my favorite blue astronaut found a grey family member. Not complete, but just finding one of these already makes my day any day (thanks C. !)

Still thinking the maker could be Portuguese company Valverde based on the plastic "saucers" that are related to the blue one...

Taking pics of my toys

For info, I just posted some information here about how I go around and take the photos of the toys on my blog.

I am not a professional photograph and always appreciate any comments (good or bad :)) on how to take the best pictures possible. So, if you have any advice or tricks or... please don't hesitate to post them.

I don't really know what this is or what it's used for, but this nifty cardboard standee did cost 350 Yen back in the late seventies, Was it used to keep envelopes ? Or important papers ?

Sometimes bizarre - robots are... Or at least this guy... Nobody really knows the maker, but it has Hong Kong pedigree for sure. Batteries ? They go in the head. And weird of weird : it has a knob to make him grow (yes ! legs extend !)
