New way to display rayguns ?

I have found a new use for these wooden artist hands... or so it seems !

They get an "A" plus for the effort. Not easy making a brick aerodynamic in any situation. But the slanted front of the bus - nice !

Also, the addition of the little yellow driver and (one !) passenger makes this a little gem !

No idea who made this... maybe someone can help ? Friction mechanism on the wheels... The overall shape is reminescent of the common Pyro plastic toy... Some sources state this toy comes from India... (see Alphadrome here)

Canadian Aerocar by G.P.L.

This one is of course based on the US-version made by Plas-Tex (see here). Did they sell or swap the molds after they made their production run ? Who knows...  G.P.L. was more active in plastic dishware than in toys.

Strangely enough, this one still has the non-friction base. The moulds went afterwards (or before ?) to another Commonwealth country, Australia, where company Duperite made a friction version. (see here).

Flying Goldrake Saucer

Cosmec did a number of these. You had Superman of course... but also our favorite robot in 2 different versions. Here is the saucer. (for the robot version click here) Just clip the "fishing rod" to the wing (there is already a hole there for the occasion) and start flying the ultralight piece of blown plastic.in a circular motion in the air. Hours of fun guaranteed !
