Spooky celluloid doll

Doll, T.Y (in heart) ? Japan ? 1950's ?

Another find at the fleamarket... someone knows more about this ? Material is very brittle (maybe celluloid ?) and the arms are fixed by an elastic cord.

Another strange Feira da Ladra find... This one looked first like it was made out of rubber, but apparently it is a ceramic figurine... no markings.

Can someone help identify the maker / date ?
