The story : Dex, a teenage boy from a world light years away, flees his planet in the wake of devastation caused by Count Dregon. Using his powers, Dex can transmute into Masked Rider or Master Rider Super Gold, and finally the nearly invincible masked Rider Super Blue. He is earth's last defence against the most destructive force in the universe, Count Dregon.
