The LeSabre concept

Sometimes the design of one object leads the way to the future... This was certainly the case with Harley Earl's designs at GM. The LeSabre car was based on every curve and line aviation from that jet age could throw at it... and it went 12Volts - this at least is a characteristic every modern car has by now. In 1951 ? Kind of the exception.... 



It is nice to have a toy with a driver from time to time... 
 
Changing a tire ? No problem, electric lifting jacks were integrated in the car...
