It's Stretchy ! A Lego toy you don't have to build !
From the "Little Robot" TV series (see here). Stretchy was the master of the junkyard...
A fine example of mixing a robot with a boiler with a giraffe... Oh and the radar ears ? Any idea where that design came from ? English BBC shows !
